JOB PROFILE
CHIEF MANAGER AT PETHE ENGINEERING LONAVLA MANUFACTURING PLANT.
ELIGIBILITY
Minimum eligibility is DIPLOMA ( mechanical engineering or electrical engineering. 10 YEARS SCHOOLING + 3 YEARS OF ENGINEERING ). MBA Candidates along with Degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering will be given preference.
Candidate should be able to control and manage our entire Lonavla manufacturing plant. He should be able to have good hold and control of 60 to 70 working staff at our lonavla plant. He should be self motivated and should be able to improve production capacity – plant efficiency on regular basis.
Right from raw material purchase , production planning control to customer interaction candidate should be able to integrate all the business processes seamlessly at our Lonavla plant.
Result oriented candidates with burning desire to grow is what we really looking for.
Preferable age is between 28 to 50.
Candidate should have minimum 6 to 7 years experience of managing small scale- medium scale manufacturing with minimum 30 to 40 employees.
RENUMERATION
For right candidate renumeration will excel industry standard.
